My husband's office is having a Friday the 13th potluck for lunch. Hubby signed up for "finger sandwiches." So I am accommodating him with these. The fingernails are made from mozzarella and they are stuffed with a garlic and herbed chicken salad (ground fine and dispensed with a pastry bag). I also added sliced thin strips of cucumber to give them the proper crunch. I had to restrain myself from dabbing ketchup on the "severed ends." These are going to be fun to make for Halloween.
