I'm working on a tutorial on making faux polished gemstones for fantasy home decor and costuming. I figured out how to make these little guys when I was making costumes for a Harry Potter book release and wanted some really unique jeweled embellishments. Best of all, these can be custom colored for your project. I think they have a very medieval flair.
