These are my latest shaped cupcakes--stars! Five marbles placed strategically between the lining and the pan formed five-pointed stars. I posted instructions on making heart-shaped cupcakes using standard pans on Instructables and this uses the same concept.Technically, these are brownies but I like to bake brownies in cupcake papers. It makes it a simpler matter to create serving-sized brownies. I make boxes mixes and add an extra egg, as per the cake-like brownie instructions. They bake very nicely and peel away from the paper well.
