How funny, I have that very same fish plate and LOVE no- bake cookies. I'm counting down to my husband and I's 11 year wedding anniversary trying to do something sweet each day 'til the big day arrives, June 15th. This will be the one for today!

They turned out well, my husband LOVED them!! The only variation to your recipe is i used 3 teaspoons of vanilla instead of 2.
